Red Shield Regatta at JM Family’s ‘The Park’

Captain Lee from the TV show “Below Deck” comes to Deerfield Beach for the Red Shield Regatta

Fans of the show “Below Deck,” boating enthusiasts, foodies and more will attend one of Deerfield Beach’s hottest events in years. The Red Shield Regatta will be held at JM Family’s The Park, 200 Jim Moran Boulevard in Deerfield Beach, on March 9th from 6-10 p.m. Sponsored by the Salvation Army of Broward County, this special event will feature gourmet food, an open bar, live entertainment, a silent auction of sports memorabilia, a luxury getaway, golf foursomes, dinner and more.

Captain Lee Rosbach of Below Deck and Captain Lee & Kate’s Couch Talk will be the special guest host. The event will also be moderated by WPLG Local 10 Anchor Nicole Perez, WPLG Local 10 Reporter Roy Ramos, 101.5 LITE FM host Julie Guy, and 102.7 FM The Beach host Gabby OC. I will appear as a person.

The regatta helps raise funds to benefit Plymouth Colony, an important transitional housing complex in Hollywood that provides shelter and support services to families facing adversity.

The Salvation Army of Broward County engages in important work throughout the year, including multiple shelters and housing programs to assist people experiencing homelessness. Weekly food pantry distribution. Daily soup kitchen. The annual Angel Tree toy distribution program brings joy to local families during the holidays. To support these efforts, fundraising efforts such as the seasonal Red Kettle Bell Ringing campaign and this year’s new Red Shield Regatta provide opportunities to invest in long-term impact in our communities. All funds raised will directly support the most disadvantaged people in Broward County.
