An independent publisher has launched a new business news title for the regions it serves.
Barrnon Media has announced the launch of Business Crack, featuring exclusive original content including interviews, profiles, analysis and expert opinion from Cumbria’s business leaders.
The Keswick-based publisher already operates the Cumberland and Westmorland Herald, the Keswick Reminder and the digital-only title Cumbria Crack.
Business Crack’s editorial content is led by journalist Adam Lewis (pictured). He joined Bannon Media in April after several years in local authority corporate communications and as a production journalist for ITV News.
Adam also works as a freelance feature writer for local and national newspapers and magazines.
He said: “Business Crack will be a huge asset to Cumbria’s business community, helping to connect businesses from all sectors with new audiences and customers.
“I love telling stories and meeting people. My goal is to cover all business news, from independent traders to the biggest companies operating in the county.
“I’ve already interviewed some very passionate local business owners and can’t wait for people to read what we’ve been working on. There’s no other platform like this. , I’m proud to be part of the team on this exciting new project.”
