Quint won the coveted ‘Best News Website’ award, with HT Labs, The Hindu, Prothom Alo and BBC News emerging as other top winners. This prestigious award recognizes outstanding digital media projects delivered by news publishers across the region between September 1, 2022 and August 31, 2023. A distinguished panel of international judges evaluated the entries.
In the 2023 edition, news publishers competed in 12 categories, including gold, silver and bronze awards. The trophies will be presented to the winners at the Digital Media India 2024 conference to be held in New Delhi on March 13-14. Top winners in all categories will be awarded “Champion Publisher of the Year 2023”. Gold award winners will compete in WAN-IFRA’s World Digital Media Awards competition.
