Opinion | Is the DC Council to blame for the crime?

Either way, these questions are playing out in the effort to bring back Allen and Nadeau. Do their legislative acts deserve such condemnation? Voters in District 1 and his 6th District are probably more knowledgeable about their own record as a whole and are in the best position to decide.
