concord, california – Rep. Tim Grayson announced significant new endorsements from the San Francisco Chronicle and East Bay Times to support his campaign in State Senate District 9. The local newspaper’s editorial board joins a growing list of supporters, including Planned Parenthood Northern California Action Fund and the California Labor Party. Federal, State Treasurer, California Building and Construction Trades Council, and California Federation of Teachers.
The San Francisco Chronicle Editorial Board cited Rep. Grayson’s experience and said, “Grayson, by contrast, has nearly a decade of experience in the state Legislature.” He achieved several important accomplishments, including passing legislation to make it easier to build homes, accelerating green energy development in Contra Costa County, and giving priority to in-state students in admissions to the University of California.
