what: Specialist car insurance brand Kemper Auto is introducing a new community mural as part of its new Kemper Auto Mural Project – Conectando Comunidades.. This program was created to recognize cultural pride and unite and celebrate the spirit of the Hispanic community..
The first mural, painted on the exterior of the local Griffith Insurance Agency building, was created by locals. LA-based artist Mr. B. Baby (Michelle Guerrero) Contributes to vibrancy, beauty and energy. She has also worked with the LA Dodgers, East LA Community Corporation, and has exhibited in South America in New York, Chicago, and Colombia.
Kemper Auto will offer complimentary snacks, including an appetizer bar and an Aquas Fresca station from Jarritos.
who: Kemper Auto and Griffith Insurance Agency invited local auto insurance agents, customers, community members and local government officials to a celebratory event. Local mural artist Mr. B. Baby will also be in attendance to discuss the inspiration for his work.
